Morongo Casino, Resort & Spa (MCRS) is a tribally-owned establishment, operated by the Morongo Band of Mission Indians, a federally recognized tribe. Our operation constitutes one of the largest and oldest tribal government-gaming properties in California.

We provide quality entertainment and exceptional service to our guests and a fun, fulfilling and safe working environment for our employees.

We are voluntarily providing you with this statement of our privacy policy as we value your patronage and respect your privacy rights.

Please note that this privacy policy applies only to the MORONGO CASINO, RESORT & SPA and MORONGO CASINO, RESORT & SPA Web Site (collectively, “MORONGO CASINO, RESORT & SPA”).

Age Restrictions

Persons under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted to gamble in casino, loiter in the gaming areas, or drink alcoholic beverages at any venue in the MORONGO CASINO, RESORT & SPA. In addition, underage persons may not be permitted to attend certain entertainment at the MORONGO CASINO, RESORT & SPA.

If you are under the age of 21, you are not permitted to enter into contracts that you are not legally permitted to enter, or to provide any personal information to us.

Personal information that MCRS may collect from you includes but is not limited to your name, date of birth, postal address(es), e-mail address(es), telephone number(s), fax number, gender, credit card information, Driver’s License Number and State, Social Security Number, passport information, naturalization information, purchase and reservation information, gaming activity, and other information that you voluntarily provide. It may also include live video feed if you visit our public entertainment facilities.

This personal information is collected by e-mail, through mail-in forms, through online and on-site applications you complete, and through your activities with MORONGO CASINO, RESORT & SPA. MCRS only collects personal information that you voluntarily provide to us.

The personal information that MCRS collects through the MORONGO CASINO, RESORT & SPA or through the MCRS Web Site depends on the nature of your activities, including, but not limited to whether you make reservations, sign the guestbook, apply to become a member of Morongo Winners’ Club, apply for a job, purchase tickets or merchandise, register to receive promotional information, complete a casino patron application, play games, plan a meeting or other activities.

“General Information” is defined as information about you or your activities through which you cannot be identified. MORONGO CASINO, RESORT & SPA reserves the right to transfer your personal information to a third party in the event of a transfer of all or substantially all of MORONGO CASINO, RESORT & SPA’s assets to a third party, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this privacy policy.
